Our Process
Together with the client we determine the placement of basins, toilets, showers and appliances and draw up a layout of the water-supply and drainage points to suit the function of the rooms. We mark out the routes and chase channels into the walls and floor for the pipes, strictly observing the falls required for gravity drainage.
During the rough-in we lay the supply pipes (PPR/PEX) for hot and cold water and the drainage pipes with the necessary falls and vents, fit shut-off valves and prepare the connection points for each appliance. Before closing up the installation, we always subject the water supply to a pressure test to guarantee full tightness and no leaks. Once the tiling is done we install the sanitary ware, mixers, traps and fittings, connect the appliances and check the whole system in real operating conditions.
